A maximum of five people are allowed to reside in the apartment. Before renting, proof of income must be provided, or, if government agencies are covering the rent, a written confirmation from the job center stating that they will cover the rental costs. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants with negative credit history. We are seeking a long-term tenancy; therefore, a contract will be signed that includes a commitment not to terminate the lease for a minimum of 4 years. As a hedge against inflation, the base rent will be adjusted annually by 6.4%. Other rent increases (modernizations, rental market comparisons, etc.) are excluded.
