Because the garden borders other gardens, there is no car noise – a rare idyllic setting. Furthermore, the approximately 150 square meter L-shaped garden includes a second, private wooden terrace, a pavilion/greenhouse, and a pair of hedgehogs. The large basement room, with laminate flooring, has plenty of light thanks to the large, angled double window and offers great potential: ideal for sleeping, or it can be used partially for commercial purposes (office, practice, Airbnb), or it can be divided into two rooms. Because our apartment complex is self-managed with 3 separate units, the utilities costs are very low.

You are likely already familiar with all the advantages of Waldtrudering. This apartment, located near the woods, is set back from the street, so you won't experience any noise pollution. You can reach the Trudering forest in just a few minutes on foot. The bus stop for line 185 is only about 100 meters away and will take you to Trudering, where you can connect to the U-Bahn (subway) and S-Bahn (commuter rail).
