Help shape the future of the new Dietenbach district in Freiburg – build together instead of just buying.

In the new Dietenbach district of Freiburg, the "Honeycomb" residential project is being developed – a multi-generational community center with 40 to 45 apartments built using ecological materials such as wood, straw, and clay. Three townhouses are planned to be built adjacent to the main building. We are looking for individuals with concrete building plans who want to actively shape their future home. One possible design is the 4-room maisonette shown here:
* Approximately 130 m² of living space
* Maisonette layout over two levels
* Includes a garden area
* Preliminary cost estimate: approximately €910,000 (approximately €7,000/m² including land)
Depending on the composition of the building group, other apartment sizes and types are also possible. The project is currently in the application phase for the awarding of the concept by the city of Freiburg. As project partners, you will become part of the application group and, with the support of our dedicated project team and an experienced architect, will develop your townhouse.
