By using exposed concrete, we have created a significant amount of thermal mass. Combined with external shading, this provides excellent protection against overheating (at an outside temperature of 37 degrees Celsius at the end of July, we had 26 degrees inside the office).
We have linoleum tables and KuschCo chairs, Miele kitchen appliances, and a Jura coffee machine to create an effective and comfortable workspace.
