By using exposed concrete, we have incorporated a significant amount of thermal mass. Combined with external shading, this provides excellent protection against overheating (at an outside temperature of 37 degrees Celsius at the end of July, we had 26 degrees inside the office). We are architects and are looking for creative solutions.
