Hey, glad you found us! Our shared flat is something quite unique: We live in the attic of a house in Augsburg-Lechhausen – with a lot of space (154 m2 just for us) and an atmosphere that's rare to find. The high ceilings (up to 4.5 meters in some places) and large windows make everything feel bright, open, and a bit like a loft. 🤗
The real wood floors and indirect lighting really make the place beautiful. Each of the six rooms is generously sized (approximately 15–17 m2) and offers you your own personal retreat. At the same time, there's a large kitchen and living area (over 22 m2) with a seating area – the perfect place to cook together, laugh, or simply relax. To make sure no one has to queue in the hallway in the mornings, we have three modern bathrooms, which makes shared living quite relaxed. ☺️

You can reach tram line 1 in just three minutes on foot, which will take you to Königsplatz in about 12 minutes and to the main train station in about 17 minutes. By car, you can quickly reach the federal highway or motorway in the direction of Munich or Donauwörth. Right outside your door, you'll find everything you need: supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, gyms – and in just a few minutes, you'll be surrounded by greenery: The Lech River with its jogging paths, the large park nearby, or the famous "Floßlände" offer opportunities for excursions, sports, and relaxation.
