However, the living room has also been used as a bedroom at times, and the bedroom as a living room, meaning these two rooms are flexible and can be used interchangeably. The study is not suitable as a children's room, as it is too small for that purpose. This room is ideal for a home office, as it has a separate room with its own door and window. Although it's an attic apartment, there are no sloping ceilings in the bedroom, and very few in the other rooms, so there's ample space for furniture throughout. Furthermore, the entire attic floor is located above the living space. The balcony faces the garden and receives sunlight from the morning until midday, having an east-south orientation. The apartment is very quiet, especially since no one lives above it. The study has a new Velux window. The other windows in the apartment are standard plastic windows with double glazing, and the bedroom has a plastic balcony door with double glazing. Due to the many windows in all the rooms, this is a bright and very cozy apartment, with very few sloping ceilings (the bedroom, for example, has no sloping ceilings), allowing for good placement of furniture.
