ACCOMMODATION AND FURNISHINGS
A floor plan of one of the apartments is included as a photo. The rooms are between approximately 12 m² and 23 m², have been freshly painted, and some have direct access to a balcony. Both unfurnished and furnished rooms are available for rent. The furnished rooms are equipped with new IKEA furniture, including a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, making it easy to move in. Each apartment has a modern fitted kitchen. The building is an old apartment building from the Gründerzeit era (built in 1910) with high ceilings and large windows. It's not a new building, but a house with a typical old building character. The bathrooms are designed to be functional. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms, which makes shared living easier.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RENT
The rooms in the shared apartments are rented out with a share of the use of communal areas, with all-inclusive rents starting from €396. The all-inclusive rent includes all operating costs, heating, hot water, and electricity. Wi-Fi access is provided free of charge. All-inclusive rent means: There is no annual reconciliation of operating costs – you will not receive any refunds, but you also do not have to make any additional payments. There are no agency fees.

The house is located between the city center of Osnabrück and the Westerberg campus. Both locations are within walking distance, and other university campuses are also nearby. There is also a vocational school in the vicinity.

Shopping facilities are located approximately 150 meters across the street (a supermarket with a bakery).
