We are renting out a completely renovated apartment and are looking for a quiet couple or small family of up to a maximum of four people. The apartment spans two floors and is located on the 3rd (with elevator) and 4th floors of an apartment building. On the 3rd floor, there is a spacious entrance hall with a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. Off the entrance hall are a bathroom, two rooms (one with a balcony), and a brand new fitted kitchen (also with a balcony). The spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a large room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony, and a breathtaking view of parts of the neighborhood. From this room, there are three smaller rooms; one of which is perfect as a utility room (with connections for a washing machine), while the other two smaller rooms are connected. The flooring consists of new laminate in some rooms, as well as existing tiles and slate floors. It is a quiet building, and we are particularly looking for tenants who appreciate this peaceful atmosphere in a cozy neighborhood, and who are interested in a long-term rental agreement. As this is a first-time rental, we cannot precisely define the utility costs; these are expected to be approximately €250.00.
