You'll have a total of 144 square meters, spread across three floors and five rooms. The house is located in Altenhain, a beautiful part of Bad Soden. The garden features a custom-built treehouse in a large, old beech tree, as well as two wooden terraces and a small shed for gardening equipment. We have continuously renovated and updated the house. The staircase has a concrete-look finish, and smooth walls covered with paintable wallpaper create a modern, clean aesthetic. This is also the case in the living/dining area and the attic studio. New skylights have been installed in the attic studio, which can be fully opened to create a loggia-like feel. In addition to a new bathroom on the first floor, there is also a sink.
