The renovation is currently underway. For safety reasons, an interior viewing is not yet possible (expected to be available from mid-November). The Apartment:

- A spacious, newly installed kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
- A utility room (located within the apartment).
- Upon agreement, a washing machine and a dryer can be provided at an additional cost, without any extra charges.
- During the summer, a space in the courtyard is available for drying laundry, which is easily visible from the kitchen. The courtyard is secured by a gate. Drying laundry inside the rooms is prohibited. The Rooms:

You will be living in a central and well-connected location in the popular HD-Ziegelhausen district, at the entrance to the Neckar valley, east of Heidelberg's old town. The apartment is located opposite a small park. In the immediate vicinity, there is a small supermarket with a pharmacy section, a bakery, and a butcher shop. There is another bakery next to the building. A well-known pizzeria is located by the park. The Neckar river is approximately 1.5 minutes' walk away. A general practitioner's office and a dentist are also only about 1 minute away. There are two pharmacies approximately 5 minutes away. Transportation/Public Transport:
The apartment offers excellent transportation links:
- 3 bus lines (33, 34, and 37, bus stop approximately... (1 minute away) offers excellent connections to the city center, the old town, and the Neuenheimer Feld, as well as to the main train station.
- It is approximately a 10-minute walk (or about 3 minutes by bus) to the HD-Schlierbach S-Bahn station.

1) Additional Costs
The additional costs already include heating costs. Due to the energy-efficient renovation, these are significantly lower than in other rental offers. Please note: In addition to the contractual additional costs, the following internal costs for the apartment apply:
