I am looking for a replacement tenant for a very beautiful 3-room apartment in Zwickau-Eckersbach, with a transfer fee.

All the furniture is only 1 year old, in excellent condition, hardly used, like new.
I would like the new tenant to take over the kitchen, the built-in bathroom furniture, and the bed. The wardrobe can also be taken over if desired.
