It would certainly be possible to convert this into a stable or even a holiday home. Optionally, it is also possible to lease adjacent pasture land (up to 2 hectares). You will be able to welcome your own pair of storks (Sissi & Franz) every year. In addition, there are, of course, birds of prey, deer, rabbits, pheasants, and many other animals that frequently roam the property. There are 3 old apple trees, 2 cherry trees, 1 walnut tree, several hazelnut trees, as well as plum and sloe trees.
Now, regarding the location. This is a smallholding located on the connecting road between the spa town of Bad Bederkesa (9 km) and Otterndorf (15 km). The North Sea is therefore only 15 minutes away! It takes 25 minutes to drive to Cuxhaven and 35 minutes to Bremerhaven. You can reach the city center of Bremen in approximately 60 minutes. The nearest train stations are in Otterndorf and Bremerhaven. From there, there are direct connections to Hamburg, Hanover, and other cities. The nearest major airport is in Bremen (approximately 70 minutes away). If you enjoy cruises, you can depart from Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven to destinations around the world! Please understand that we only accept viewing appointments from serious potential buyers who are genuinely interested in making a purchase, as these appointments require planning and should be conducted responsibly.
