The city of Fürth is located in Middle Franconia, Bavaria, and together with Nuremberg and Erlangen, it forms the economically strong metropolitan region of Nuremberg. With over 132,000 residents, it is the second-largest city in the district. A particularly striking feature is the charming old town center, which, unlike many other cities, largely survived the Second World War and is now a popular destination for walks and cultural discoveries. The apartment is located in a well-connected, urban area with a variety of amenities nearby. Those who enjoy a leisurely breakfast or coffee can reach the nearby café "Krümelchen" in just about four minutes. In addition, there are direct connections to the A3, A6, and A9 motorways, as well as to the federal highways B2 and B14 – ideal for commuters or frequent travelers.
