Karlstraße 55, 96103 96103 Hallstadt (Hallstadt) – BayernWe purchased the house in mid-2017 and undertook a complete renovation. In addition to new electrical and plumbing systems, the copper heating pipes were replaced with plastic pipes. A new gas burner is also ready for installation. In 2018, a two-story extension was built towards the garden, adding approximately 25 square meters of living space to each floor. In 2019, a party room was created in the adjacent building. And in 2021, we built a pool measuring approximately 7.5 x 4 meters. Furthermore, in 2022, the driveway and terrace were redesigned. There is development potential in the rear garden area. A building permit application for the extension of the adjacent building is currently being processed. The attic was insulated in 2017/2018 with 140mm of insulation between the rafters and a vapor barrier.

Our building is located very close to the Hallstadt school and the daycare center. Both the bus stop and the train station are less than 10 minutes away. The nearest grocery stores are in the center of Hallstadt or at the sports club. Both are also within a 15-minute walk. Larger shopping centers are located near the outdoor swimming pool or in the harbor area, just a short distance away.
