The new building is in the final stages of construction. The installation of flooring, sanitary fixtures, and the fitted kitchen is scheduled to be completed by November 2026. If desired, a move-in date may be possible from mid-November 2026.
Viewings of the apartment can be arranged on weekdays during the afternoon, starting August 3, 2026.
