Upon request, the apartment can be furnished with tasteful, modern furniture, as shown in the pictures (for an additional fee of just €50 per month). This allows you to move in directly without having to transport or assemble heavy furniture. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can dismantle our furniture and store it for you. You can use the shared washing machines and dryers in the basement for a flat fee of €15 per month. High-speed internet is available throughout the rental period for a monthly fee of €15. You can also add a TV for an additional €10 per month. Our utility costs are a true "all-inclusive package," including water, heating, house cleaning, snow removal, etc. – a fixed amount that is predictable. No unpleasant surprises with the utility bill! We are looking for long-term tenants who value a partnership and a happy rental relationship, and who are willing to commit to a lease of at least one year, preferably longer. As a standard procedure, we must check your creditworthiness (Schufa/Creditreform, etc.) before finalizing any lease agreement. If you have any negative entries in your credit report, please let us know before scheduling a viewing, so that we can assess in advance whether we are even permitted to rent this apartment to you.
