For rent is a beautiful, very bright, and recently renovated 3-room apartment in the attic of a building in Stuttgart-Ost. From the living room and bedroom, you have a wonderful view over the neighboring roofs and gardens, all the way up to the Robert Bosch Foundation.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor/attic (without an elevator) and has very minimal sloping ceilings. The apartment presents itself as friendly and bright. A particular advantage is the efficient building management and community, which results in very low additional costs. As the landlord, I have consistently maintained these low costs for every tenant since 2013.

I previously lived in the apartment and always felt very comfortable there. Now, after the last tenant moved out, I have renovated the apartment and am looking for reliable and quiet tenants.
