You can reach the 4th floor of the building using the modernized elevator. Via a separate, lockable gallery, which you will share only with one neighbor, you will access your apartment. Through the entrance hall, you can reach the attractive, light-filled living/dining area (approximately 35 square meters) through a glass door. The adjacent south-facing balcony will allow you to enjoy the summer with wonderful views. To the southwest, you can see the Kaarster See lake. Adjacent to the living/dining area, there is a separate kitchen area with an open doorway.

Please note: The apartment can be rented without a kitchen (the previous tenants are taking the kitchen pictured). The apartment can also be rented with a kitchen, but the kitchen will need to be configured and delivered.

Through a small, additional hallway, you will find a comfortable bedroom (approximately 14 square meters) with a built-in wardrobe, and a children's room/office (approximately 15 square meters) completes the generous living space in the rear of the apartment. The renovated main bathroom, with a modern design, has a walk-in shower. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. Parquet flooring is installed throughout the apartment (excluding bathrooms).

The apartment is located in the city of Kaarst, in the western part of Kaarst, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It enjoys a quiet location, yet has excellent access to local amenities.

Kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools are located nearby and are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.

Regional destinations are easily accessible via the nearby S28 train line. In the immediate vicinity, you will find several restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and a café. Additionally, there are two gyms, two hairdressers, a green area and park, a flower shop, and a pharmacy.

All essential amenities are within walking distance, including Edeka, Aldi, a hardware store, doctors, a pharmacy, a gas station, and the regional train station. Motorway connections to the A52/A57 are also very close, as are recreational opportunities such as the Kaarster See lake and the Vorster Wald forest.

It is worth noting the apartment's immediate proximity to farmland. This area offers pleasant walks throughout the year, with the Kaarster See recreational area just a short distance away.
