The oil-fired central heating system works perfectly, and as it is already a low-temperature boiler, it can continue to be used. On the ground floor, there is also a tile stove. The property borders on further large green areas (550 and 1100 m^2) that could be used in consultation (by taking over the maintenance). The access to the house is a cul-de-sac – protected and free from public traffic. The neighbors are very friendly – it is a very nice place to live here in Schlossberg...

Schloßberg does not have its own infrastructure for services like postal services, bakeries, butchers, or supermarkets. However, Landshut and Tiefenbach are only a few minutes away and are connected by bike paths. There is also a bus service, but it only runs a few times a day.
