Our beautiful penthouse apartment is located on the 16th floor of the "Schillerteichcenter" residential complex.
The apartment is 60 square meters in size and has a large balcony facing south (living room) and a smaller balcony facing north (bedroom).
It offers breathtaking, panoramic views from the south-facing balcony over the Schillerteich lake towards Nordsteimke, and from the north-facing balcony towards the Volkswagen/Auto City and the football stadium.
Next to the main entrance, there is access to a large swimming pool and sauna area, which all residents can use free of charge. There are two caretakers who take care of everything. The building also has a kitchen and event spaces that can be rented at a reasonable price. Naturally, there is also a large bicycle storage room for such a well-equipped building. There are two elevators.

The Schillerteichcenter residential complex is located in the heart of Wolfsburg, right next to the large Schillerteich lake, which offers opportunities for jogging and walking. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Volkswagen factory, the football stadium, the Allespark/Allersee park, and the city center. The outdoor swimming pool is also easily accessible on foot. Public transportation stops are located right in front of the building. In the summer, the lawns in front of the complex offer a relaxing space.
