The previous tenants left a built-in kitchen in the apartment, which can be taken over free of charge if desired. The kitchen is missing appliances except for the stove/hob and would require some refurbishment. If desired, the kitchen can also be removed.

The apartment needs to be renovated before move-in. The move-in date is negotiable.

A cellar and a parking space are available and included in the rental agreement.
