The room is decorated in a Scandinavian style and is fully furnished. It is also very bright and cozy! You can move in with just your suitcase. The room has been completely renovated and, thanks to the ample storage space and good layout, it offers surprisingly much space. The rent is all-inclusive, covering internet and electricity. The shared living space is approximately 37.5 square meters. We want our shared living arrangement to be more than just a place to stay; we value a friendly and open atmosphere. It would be nice if we could cook together or do things together from time to time, but of course, everyone also needs time for themselves! About us:
Selsebil is a doctor and studied medicine. She is an open, friendly, and reliable person. In her free time, you can often find her at a café or reading. She enjoys good conversations and spending time with her friends. ☺️
Patricia works for a company in Düsseldorf. She has been living here since November and was new to Düsseldorf at the time. She enjoys reading and occasionally goes for a run. She is very friendly and reliable and always enjoys chatting in the kitchen. Flora recently moved from Vienna to Düsseldorf and works in the art trade. She loves going to the cinema and hiking. She would also like to explore the city more and would be happy to do so together. We enjoy cooking and eating together when possible, and of course, we chat in the kitchen too. This beautiful, renovated building in the center of Düsseldorf-Eller has been extensively renovated, furnished, and equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. You also have a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, cooking utensils, and pots – everything is brand new. A special highlight is the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening beer. Minimum lease term: 6 months.

The location in Düsseldorf-Eller is ideal. Directly across the street, there's a Netto supermarket, a Rossmann drugstore, a pub, two bakeries, several restaurants, and other discount stores for everyday needs. There's also a Rewe supermarket nearby, and a weekly market is just around the corner. The public transport connections are excellent. The S-Bahn station "Eller Mitte" is less than a 2-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn reaches the main train station in just 10 minutes. The old town (Heinrich-Heine-Allee) is only 14 minutes away, as the nearest subway station is also just a 4-minute walk. And now, a highlight for drivers: Yes, there are actually readily available parking spaces, right in the middle of Düsseldorf, in the large parking lot on Gumbertstraße! The Eller Mitte S-Bahn station is just a 2-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn will take you to Düsseldorf Central Station in just 10 minutes. The Old Town, Heinrich-Heine-Allee, is only 14 minutes away, and the nearest subway station is also just a 4-minute walk.
