2013: Due to heavy hail, the entire roof was completely replaced with insulation.
In the studio on the top floor, you can still see remnants of the water damage, which was a result of the hail in 2013. The roof was quickly repaired afterwards.
Currently, a leaky balcony drainage system on the middle balcony on the top floor is causing water damage in the main living area on the ground floor. The balcony has been temporarily sealed to prevent further damage, and it should be repaired as soon as possible.
