The apartment is pet-free and non-smoking. In 2 of the 3 bathrooms, I have converted the shower enclosure into a closet.
The built-in kitchen in apartment #49 is poorly assembled and looks crooked. In this kitchen, one of the floor tiles is cracked. To my knowledge, there have been 2 instances of water damage and technical drying in the building. The gas heating system was replaced in 2025.
Location
Location: Approximately 3 minutes' walk to the train station, yet in a quiet area. The building is part of a homeowners' association (approximately 20 owners), with good property management and a positive community atmosphere.
