The existing tiled stove was inspected and approved by the chimney sweep in 2025 and can continue to be used. The property has also been significantly enhanced. It features an electrically operated driveway gate, new fencing, video surveillance, and an alarm system with door, window, and motion sensors. The security system is further enhanced by wireless smoke, CO, and water leak detectors. The high-quality fitted kitchen from 2023 can be included if desired. It features a granite countertop and modern appliances from Siemens and AEG. Outside, there is a solid brick garden shed with a fireplace/grill area, as well as a spacious garden with various possibilities for use. A fiber optic connection and a Vodafone cable connection with 1000 Mbit are already in place. In addition, a building permit application is currently in the approval process for the construction of a spacious garage with storage space, a guest toilet, and a rooftop terrace.
