The entire apartment has undergone a complete luxury renovation: featuring solid oak parquet flooring throughout in a classic herringbone pattern, flush doors with handcrafted ceramic handles from Milan, triple-glazed windows for maximum thermal and sound insulation, and custom-built wardrobes in all areas. The original English cast iron radiators are particularly charming, adding a uniquely elegant and timeless character to the interior, combined with a new, highly efficient gas condensing boiler. A storage room in the basement is included. The apartment does not have a balcony.
The second room also has a bed and desk, but could also be converted into a living room.
