The apartment stands out thanks to its clever layout – all rooms are separate and accessible from the hallway, so there are no connecting rooms!

Depending on availability, you can choose between four different room sizes:

Room 1: Cozy, approximately 9.63 m² – with direct, exclusive access to the balcony! €450 cold rent plus €80 for utilities.
Room 2: Comfortable, approximately 10.43 m² €465 cold rent plus €80 for utilities.
Room 3: Spacious, approximately 12.34 m² €480 cold rent plus €80 for utilities.
Room 4: The largest room, with generous space of approximately 13.99 m² €495 cold rent plus €80 for utilities.

The apartment is located in an excellent strategic location in the vibrant Niederrad district, right next to the Main river. Here, you can combine the tranquility of a riverside landscape with the quick accessibility of Frankfurt's city center.

Public Transportation: Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the tram stops (e.g., Schwarzwaldstraße or Heinrich-Hoffmann-Straße/Blood­ Donation Service) and Frankfurt-Niederrad train station (S-Bahn S7, S8, S9). From there, you can reach Frankfurt Central Station in under 10 minutes and Frankfurt Airport in approximately 15 minutes.
