The ground floor consists of a sandstone base, the first floor is made of brick, and the upper floor and attic were built using a timber frame construction, although this is not visible. A bay window extending from the ground floor to the first floor gives the house a unique character. Many features typical of the building's era have been preserved, such as a coffered ceiling in the hallway, a vaulted entrance, the original front door, and the staircase to the upper floor. Two large terraces provide ample space for all residents. On the lower ground floor, there is a large, bright garden room with direct access to the outdoors. The basement room could be converted into a bathroom. In addition, there is a vaulted cellar, a laundry room, and in the extension, the heating system and a storage room. The entrance to the house is via an external staircase, bypassing the garages. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a dining area in the extended hallway, a bathroom, a very large living room, and a bedroom. The dining area leads to the sunroom. Additionally, there is a guest toilet in the entrance area on the ground floor. The upper floor features a bathroom, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a living room.
