My parents bought this house, which was built in 1972, in 1974. The skylights and the oil heating system were replaced about 20 years ago. Everything else is original. The garden is small and wonderfully overgrown – a nightmare for perfectionists, but a paradise for birds and insects. In June, you can harvest your own cherries.

The house is located on a residential street, just 30 meters from the fields. The tram stop to Karlsruhe is a five-minute walk away. Across the street, there's a butcher and a baker. The schools are a 5-minute drive away. Linkenheim has a population of approximately 20,000 and offers a range of amenities, including a competent and friendly city hall, opticians, audiologists, supermarkets, a discount store, a stationery shop with a post office, several bakeries, and multiple restaurants.
