This includes a new backsplash in the kitchen, modern tiles in the kitchen and hallway, a new electrical installation with sufficient outlets, and a bathroom with modern wall and floor tiles, a bathtub, a separate shower stall, a toilet, and a sink. The tiles extend up to the door height. The floors in the living room and bedroom have been covered with Fermacell underlayment and are finished with laminate flooring in both rooms, which the current tenant can potentially take over. After the electrical installation was renewed, all wall and ceiling surfaces were rough-textured and painted white by a painting company. Unfortunately, current photos of the current tenant are not available. The bathroom photo shown here is only intended to illustrate the tiles used, as it is a different bathroom photo but with the same tiles. Looking out towards the street, you see the church garden directly across the road, meaning you have views of greenery on both sides.
