The buyer will be responsible for developing the infrastructure at their own expense, in consultation with the seller and the local authorities. The total land area is 5,397 m². The minimum purchase price is €190.00 per square meter of land. For both properties, the future energy supply will be provided through the local district heating network of the provider, Naturenergie. The buyer is obligated to connect to this network. However, there is no mandatory usage requirement. The connection costs depend on the development plans and can be determined at a later stage based on the proposed concept. Both properties can be purchased and developed individually or together. Interested parties therefore have the option to apply specifically for a single property or for both properties. In the course of its military conversion program, Donaueschingen Conversion and Development Company (KEG) has acquired approximately 14 hectares of land from the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks.
