The spaces offer fantastic views of the Elbe and access to a south-facing terrace.
The central kitchen features a communal café area that is accessible to all tenants at any time. The café can also be used for events and celebrations by appointment.
In addition to the open-plan loft space with worktables, we offer enclosed rooms with 4 tables each. There are also two spacious meeting rooms and two phone booths for flexible use. There are no additional costs for these.
Excellent internet connectivity and high-speed Wi-Fi are available throughout the entire area.
The workspaces are allocated on a permanent basis.
A workspace costs €520 per month, including all utilities, plus statutory VAT. The utilities include general operating costs, heating, cleaning of the premises, as well as fruit, coffee, and tea.
