Location
Illertissen is a charming Bavarian-Swabian town with approximately 17,500 residents, located in the Neu-Ulm district. Geographically, it is idyllically situated in the Illertal valley, directly on the Iller River, about 25 kilometers south of Ulm and 30 kilometers north of Memmingen, and is considered the "gateway to the Allgäu region."
