At Steigstraße 16, we are creating a place where students and apprentices can not only live in modern accommodations, but also start their new chapter together – in close proximity to the university. In three shared living arrangements with a total of 14 rooms, people from diverse academic disciplines and apprenticeships will come together. Almost all of the rooms are already occupied. Only one room on the ground floor is still waiting for its future residents. We aim to bring together people whose ideas about shared living are compatible. Because the best shared living arrangement is one where people not only share a bathroom and a kitchen, but also genuinely feel comfortable. To ensure that this home provides the right conditions, we have comprehensively and with great care and attention to detail, modernized the building. The rooms and communal areas have been completely renovated. These features include:

- A completely renewed electrical system,
- New, functional kitchens with dishwashers,
