17322 Blankensee (Freienstein) – Mecklenburg-VorpommernI am selling my 1,652 m² plot of land, located in an exceptionally quiet and natural setting within the nature reserve of the Stettiner Haff Nature Park. If you are looking for a place where you can hear birdsong in the morning instead of traffic, and see deer instead of people in the evening, you will feel right at home here. The surrounding area consists of forests, fields, and a rich wildlife, including deer, wild boar, sea eagles, and more. There is only one direct neighbor. The plot is L-shaped, sunny (facing east and south), and has its own access road. For many years, my tiny house stood here, where I spent a lot of time. The tiny house has already been sold (marked with a red X on the photos), but the plot is still ideally suited for a similar use, such as with a tiny house, yurt, or simply as a personal retreat in nature. The property includes a shed, several lovely seating areas, a fire pit, and an impressive old oak tree, which is a wonderful place to relax, especially in the summer. There is a private water connection with a frost-proof meter housing. Currently, there is no direct electrical connection to the property, as I have been using solar power. However, a power line runs nearby. According to preliminary information from the network operator, connecting to the grid should be possible in principle, although this would, of course, involve associated costs. Important: The property is grassland and not designated as building land. I would also like to state openly that a tiny house has stood there without any problems for many years. In my opinion, the location is ideal because the property borders existing development, it is not located in a remote, open area, and the trees provide excellent screening from above and the outside. Throughout my time there, I never experienced any problems with my tiny house. What I particularly love about this place is the combination of absolute peace and quiet with good accessibility. The air is exceptionally clear due to its proximity to the Szczecin Lagoon and the Baltic Sea. The forests in the surrounding area appear untouched, and you are always alone there, rarely encountering other people. Places like this are becoming increasingly rare.

A small, idyllic forest lake is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes, while a larger lake is about 25 minutes away. Large and diverse forest areas begin practically right outside your doorstep.
The small town of Löcknitz is only about 10 minutes away by car and offers everything you need for daily life: doctors, schools, kindergartens, shops, a hardware store, a gas station, etc. A primary school is even located just about 5 minutes away in the neighboring village. Additionally, there is an organic food store nearby.
If you feel like experiencing city life, visiting cafes, or enjoying good food, Szczecin is reachable by car in about 30 minutes. The city often pleasantly surprises people and offers a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and services, often at significantly lower prices than in Germany.
