It has been completely renovated and will be available for handover in 2024. It features high ceilings, white walls, a lovely wooden floor, and large arched windows overlooking the street. There are two sales or office spaces, plus a kitchen, toilet, and hallway.
The landlord is a private individual, not a corporation, and is very pleasant to deal with. They are open to new and interesting concepts, but would like to be mindful of the residents of the building... no noisy or heavily polluting businesses. Unfortunately, a full-service restaurant is not possible, as it is not feasible to install an exhaust system. However, coffee shops and similar businesses are perfectly acceptable.
