We are selling our beautiful house in the Southern Harz region (Bad Sachsa/district) due to a relocation. It is a Kampa prefabricated house built in 1993, with a solid foundation. At the same time, the Bad Sachsa train station is within walking distance – ideal for commuters. There are hourly train connections to Göttingen and Nordhausen. The spa town of Bad Sachsa has a complete infrastructure, including supermarkets, all levels of schooling, doctors, and pharmacies. A lovely spa park with various events offers opportunities for relaxation, and the local mountain (Ravensberg) invites you to go hiking.
