Charming semi-detached house with a separate apartment, sauna, loggia, and garage, located in a central and quiet area in the Oststadt district of Albstadt-Ebingen.

This semi-detached house was built in 1954 using solid construction methods and has been repeatedly extended, modernized, renovated, and maintained over the following decades.
