This apartment is suitable for a single person, and possibly for a couple. It is not suitable for a shared living arrangement. We intentionally do not rent through Airbnb, but rather aim for a longer-term stay for our tenants in the interest of the entire building community. Therefore, the minimum rental period will be contractually set at 12 months. The rent will be indexed, and to protect our tenants from double-digit inflation rates like those seen in 2022, we will limit the annual rent increase to a maximum of 5%. Adjustments to operating costs may occur due to rising water and administrative expenses. Unfortunately, due to negative experiences in the past, we are obliged to request certain documentation from prospective tenants, including a credit report (Schufa), a recent pay slip, and a confirmation from their current landlord stating that there are no outstanding rental debts. We understand that this requires us to request access to very personal information, and we do so reluctantly. However, we assure you that we will maintain absolute confidentiality regarding this information.
