Location
Excellent location with stunning views directly on the Rhine, offering an unobstructed view of Lahneck Castle and, to the right, Marksburg in Koblenz. The property, called "Stolzenfels Kripp," is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It has direct access to a cycling path leading to Koblenz, with the city center just a short distance away. A bus stop is approximately 200 meters from the house (stop: Koblenz-Stolzenfels-Kripp), and the journey to the city center takes 17 minutes.
The railway line and road are shielded from the property by a noise barrier and hedge. There is no need to worry about flooding! During the major flood of 1993, there was only 80 cm of water in the basement. The house is significantly elevated above the Rhine and even has a boat ramp.
