Despite its tranquility, it is very centrally located in Holm-Seppensen, with the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and doctors all within a 10-minute walk. Public transportation is available to Hamburg, Bremen, Soltau, and Hanover. Here, you can live extremely peacefully and close to nature, yet you can easily leave your car parked if you wish. There is one parking space on the property, with several more available in the nearby turning circle. Currently, it is successfully rented out as a vacation home (until September). No further bookings will be accepted after September 2026, and the beautiful bungalow can then be handed over. Of course, it is a "normal" house in a residential area with detached houses. Before being used as a vacation home, it was only used as a private residence. We once considered adding a second story – this could also be possible in the future if more space is needed. This is a great property for those who want to minimize the effort of maintenance and do not require a huge amount of space. The property can be transferred immediately (including the rental income), but can also be transferred at any other time that is convenient.
