• Short-term rental from a private individual: minimum 2 months / maximum 12 months (the legal situation may change before the rental agreement is signed, potentially limiting the duration to a maximum of 6 months, extendable to the 8th month).

• A credit check (Schufa) or proof of funds may be required. A deposit may be requested if there are concerns.
• Cleaning costs: €75 one-time fee for a normal condition. If the apartment is perfectly clean and rentable, there is no charge. If the apartment is in a very messy state, a cleaning company will be hired, and the costs will be borne by the tenant.
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the tenant.
• The rental price is for one person; each additional person is €50 (maximum of 2 additional people).
• Wallbox charging (standard charging) is possible upon agreement (the price will correspond to the current basic rate of the energy provider e.on, plus a €0.05/kWh service fee).
