Two garages are available for rent for use as storage garages.

It is anticipated that each garage will have one power outlet; final confirmation will be provided.
It may be possible to use the Wi-Fi access from the neighboring house free of charge.

The garages are particularly suitable for storing items, motorcycles, bicycles, or similar objects.
Permanently installed barriers in front of the garages ensure that parked vehicles maintain a sufficient distance from the garage door. This ensures that access to the garage is always possible and the door can always be opened. Motorcycles can be pushed out to the side.

Important:
If cars are parked inside the garage, it cannot be guaranteed that they can be driven out at any time if there are vehicles parked in front. This restriction applies to both garages.

Rental price: €80 per garage.
The rent is payable in advance for every 3 months.
