This spacious apartment is available for rent immediately. Furthermore, its central location provides excellent transport links, making it easy to reach nearby major cities.

A maximum of six people are allowed to reside in the apartment. Before renting, proof of income must be provided, or, if government agencies cover the rent, a written confirmation from the job center stating that the rental costs will be covered. Unfortunately, tenants with negative credit history (Schufa) cannot be considered. We are seeking a long-term tenancy agreement. Therefore, a contract will be signed that includes a clause waiving the right to terminate for a minimum of 4 years. As a hedge against inflation, the base rent will be adjusted annually by 6.4%. Other rent increases (e.g., for renovations or based on local rental regulations) are excluded.
