This apartment is very well-suited for 1 to 2 people, and a purchase may also be possible. We prefer to rent to non-smokers and individuals without pets. We require a certificate of good conduct.
The energy performance certificate is valid until 2029. The heating system was renovated in 2026 and now operates using geothermal energy and air source heat pumps (instead of gas). This should result in even lower utility costs compared to previous years. The new energy performance certificate will then include comparative data from 2026 to 2028 and will be re-applied for.
