27472 Cuxhaven – NiedersachsenWe are renting out – privately – our beautiful, modern 2-room apartment in a central location in Cuxhaven. The apartment is located on a high floor of a well-maintained residential complex built in 2000, in close proximity to the popular lighthouse district. Its location, slightly set back from the main road, offers a relaxed and quiet environment with a high quality of living.
The apartment was extensively renovated several years ago. All flooring was renewed (oak parquet in the living area and bedroom; light grey tiles in the rest of the apartment), the bathroom was completely renovated, white doors were installed, and electric blinds were fitted to all windows.
Renovation work (possibly including wallpapering and/or painting) is required before moving in and offers the opportunity to design the rooms according to your own preferences.
The apartment, with approximately 53 square meters of living space, is well-laid out and comprises:
- a spacious entrance area/hallway that provides access to all rooms in the apartment,
- an interior bathroom,
- a bedroom with access to the balcony,

It is located just a short distance from the charming lighthouse district/Schillerstraße, one of the most popular residential areas. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, doctors' offices, and the town hall are all within easy walking distance. The Grimmershörn beach, with its green dunes, is just a few minutes away – perfect for walks along the dyke or a swim in the North Sea. The harbor, with the ferry terminal to Helgoland, and the "Alte Liebe" (an old pier) are practically "around the corner." Furthermore, the train station and the center of Cuxhaven are easily accessible on foot or by bus in a short amount of time. Therefore, it is an ideal place to live, where a maritime lifestyle, excellent infrastructure, and a high quality of life combine.

We are looking for a quiet tenant (ideally a single person or couple; non-smoker, no pets) who is interested in a long-term rental agreement. It is important to us that the tenant has their own, regular, and secure income (e.g., from employment, salary, or pension). To sign a lease agreement, we require proof of income and a positive SCHUFA credit report.
