The living room features a small humanities library with art books, etc.
Amenities: Washing machine, ironing board, iron, 55-inch Samsung LED TV, all-in-one printer (HP), Teufel Raumfeld Cubes, kitchen with induction cooktop, extractor fan, fully equipped with an espresso machine, milk frother, etc. Bed linens and new towels are provided. The minimum rental period is 6 months. Both options are welcome – a longer stay for professional or personal transitions, as well as a long-term solution.
There are two models for the rental conditions, depending on the planned duration of the rental:
For stays of less than 2 years (temporary living):
Fixed monthly rent of €1,350, including electricity, hot water, internet, radio license fee, and parking space. There are no separate bills; everything is included.
For longer-term rentals:
Gross monthly rent of €1,350, including parking space. Electricity and internet are managed separately through individual contracts, and utility costs are billed annually.
Both models include a parking space and a furniture and equipment package of €300 (including design classics and artwork). The signed lithographs by Miró, Albers, and Nay are insured separately.
