This very beautiful and fully equipped apartment is located within a detached house and has its own entrance. The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in the summer of 2020. The rooms are bright and face south. The living area is comfortably furnished and offers plenty of cabinets and shelves for clothing and personal items. A small desk with an office chair, a sofa, and a television are also included. The single bed has a comfortable width of 1.40 meters and a comfortable mattress. The bathroom has ample natural light and is cozy. A hairdryer, personal scale, laundry basket, bath mats, and other small items are already provided for you. The fully equipped kitchenette features a full-size oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, blender, and toaster. Dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, bowls, and a basic selection of spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, and tea are also available. An ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack, cleaning supplies, and a vacuum cleaner complete the amenities. The apartment includes an outdoor area located next to the covered entrance. A table, chairs, and an umbrella are provided, so you can enjoy the sun during the day or relax there in the evening. This area is exclusively for your use. There is also space under the stairs to store drinks or to park your bicycle. Public parking is available in front of the house.

You can easily reach all the important locations by car. The main train station of Darmstadt, the European Quarter, Telekom City, and the on-ramps to the A5 and A67 highways are all approximately 7 km away. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, or Frankfurt Airport. However, you can also get around very easily without a car. Griesheim is very well connected to Darmstadt by tram; it takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center using lines 4 or 9. From there, you can also easily reach all other districts by bus or train. The main train station offers connections to the ICE (high-speed train) network, and nearby is the "Airliner" service, which provides direct transportation to Frankfurt Airport.
