It is ideal for individuals seeking temporary, affordable accommodation in the Black Forest, while still enjoying a quiet and beautiful location.

The apartment features modern infrared heating, including in the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower. There is also a table tennis room in the basement, and shared access to a communal sauna is possible. A small outdoor area with a lawn for sunbathing is also available.

The apartment includes a parking space, which the tenant is responsible for clearing of snow in the winter.

Please note that the utility bill includes costs for heating and hot water. These are metered separately and billed according to actual consumption. An additional prepayment of €80 per month is required for this.

Hofsgrund is located at an altitude of approximately 1000 meters and belongs to the Black Forest municipality of Oberried. The apartment is about 30 minutes by car from Freiburg and is easily accessible by bus from the Oberried train station. However, a car is recommended if you plan to live here.

From the window, you have a picturesque view of the Schauinsland hill.

A village inn with a regional menu is located within a 5-minute walk. The village bakery is about a 10-minute walk away and also offers other groceries, as well as fruits and vegetables for daily needs.

For larger shopping trips, Oberried or Todnau are recommended, both about 20 minutes away by car.
