Thoughtful features: A convenient laundry chute allows you to send laundry directly from the 2nd floor to the utility room. I would like to point out that not everything is 100% new. For cost reasons, for example, a few radiators were refurbished and painted ourselves. And there were so many different tradespeople involved because we were often not satisfied with the work. Now, at the end, not everything is perfect, but we have, with a strong team of tradespeople, put in a lot of effort over the last 3 months and made the best of everything. The highway connection is excellent (Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, and the airport are easily accessible within 20-30 minutes).
